Thank you for choosing Becoming. We are committed to providing meaningful, high-quality educational resources designed to support families in building character, strengthening relationships, and creating a lasting foundation of growth.
Because our products are digital resources that provide immediate access to curriculum materials, all sales are final.

Digital Products
The Becoming Character Curriculum and related digital resources are delivered electronically through downloadable files and/or secure member access.

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once a purchase has been completed and access to the materials has been provided.

Please carefully review product descriptions and included information before purchasing.

No Refund Policy
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing a digital educational product.

• You understand that no physical books or printed materials will be shipped unless specifically stated.

• You will receive access to the materials included with your purchase.

• Digital products cannot be returned once access has been provided.

For these reasons, Becoming does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital curriculum purchases.

Technical Support
We want every family to have a positive experience with their purchase.
If you experience difficulty accessing your materials, downloading resources, or using your account, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve technical issues and ensure you receive access to the resources you purchased.

Becoming Family Hub Subscriptions
The Becoming Family Hub is an optional subscription service separate from the Year One curriculum purchase.
Hub subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, access to Hub-exclusive features and subscription resources will continue through the end of the current paid subscription period and will not renew.

Cancellation of the Hub subscription does not affect ownership or access to curriculum materials purchased separately.
